CA Vinita S. Tilak, (M.Com., A.C.A.)

CA Vinita S. Tilak is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has also completed her Masters from the University of Pune in 2006 in commerce stream. She has done a diploma in Information Technology from NIIT institute. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2009 and in practice with experience of over 9 years. Vinita has experience of working with the renowned CA firm Sharp & Tannan. She has experience of working for listed companies Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Preparation of Financial statements applying Accounting Standards. Vinita works in Audit & Direct Taxes. She is specialized in giving end to end solutions for Indian subsidiary companies whose parent companies are in Germany, United Kingdom, United States of America, Austria. These services include Payroll, Accounting, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Tax Computation, TDS & other statutory compliances. She also gives services of taxation & income tax return filing for individuals including HNIâ€™s.

CA Gopal Metkar, (B.Com., A.C.A.)

CA Gopal S. Metkar is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also an associate member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA, UK). He has completed his Bachelor degree from the University of Pune in the year 2011 in commerce stream. He is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012 and is in practice since then. He has also completed a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and He has experience of working for listed companies, especially in the areas of Statutory Audit; tax Audits, Preparation of Project reports and Limited review of financial statements. He also works in Conversion and Consolidation of Financial Statements from IGAAP to IFRS or vice versa. He is specialized in giving end to end solutions regarding Project financing along with the preparation of Project reports for project and working capital finance. He also provides compliance and consultancy services in Goods and Service Tax (GST) Moreover other services like income tax return filing for individuals including HNIâ€™s, tax audits, internal audits, Stock audits etc.
